Everything people ask before their first class, and everything they ask after it: the TriMethod, memberships, passes, and the house rules. Straight answers, no runaround.

01

Your First Class

What should I wear to a Society 3 class?

Anything you can actually move in: leggings or shorts, a tee or tank, and training shoes you can both run and lift in. The room warms up fast once class starts, so think light layers over heavy ones. No dress code, no judgment.

How early should I arrive before class?

Arrive at least 15 minutes before class for check-in, warm-up, and setup, and give yourself the full window on your first visit. That leaves time for your coach to meet you, walk you through the room, and get you set up on your cardio machine without anyone rushing. If class has already started, you can only be admitted during a transition between rounds.

Do I need to be fit already to start?

No. Every level trains in the same room, and that is by design: your cardio machine runs at your pace, every strength movement has a version for where you are today, and coaches scale the work to you. Classes are capped at 24 people, so your coach can actually see you.

What if I can't finish a round?

Then you rest, and nobody blinks. Take water, step off the pace, and your coach will hand you a modification, not a lecture. If an old injury or a long time away is on your mind, tell your coach before class starts so they know to keep an extra eye on you.

What should I bring to class?

Just yourself, a water bottle, and clean athletic shoes. A branded sweat towel is yours on your first visit, cleaning towels and sanitizer are provided, a two in one water station and drinking fountain keeps your bottle full, and the bathrooms stock complimentary spray deodorant, dry shampoo, and hair ties. Sign the liability waiver online before you arrive and day one becomes a thirty second hello instead of paperwork.

Classes & The TriMethod

What is the TriMethod?

The TriMethod is Society 3's three-zone training system: cardio for your engine, strength to build real muscle, and functional work to keep you moving well. Every 60-minute class moves you through all three zones in three rounds, coached start to finish and capped at 24 members. It runs on six-week programming, so every class builds on the one before it.

How long is a class?

Every class is 60 minutes, coached start to finish, and designed to the minute. You move through all three zones in a single session, so you walk in, get coached, and walk out done in one hour.

What are the three zones?

The Cardio Zone is built around choice: bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, and stair climbers, ridden in three five-minute rounds at your own pace. The Strength Zone is traditional strength training with bench work, dumbbells, and resistance bands on a structured, progressive cycle. The Functional Zone responds directly to your strength work with mobility, balance, and joint-friendly movement that keeps your training sustainable.

How many people are in each class?

Every class is capped at 24 members, split into three groups of eight. Each group moves through all three zones every round, and the room's custom lighting shifts between rounds to guide you to your next station.

Do classes repeat, or does the programming change?

The programming changes. Classes run on six-week cycles built by our coaches, so every session builds on the last instead of repeating it: you always know where you are going and why. Progressive cycles are how you actually get stronger.

What is the Recovery Suite?

The Recovery Suite is our members-only recovery experience: NormaTec compression, contrast therapy, and vibrating foam rollers, guided by our team. It is included with the Complete membership (2 sessions a month) and Black Cat (4 sessions a month), and a Recovery Suite drop-in is $75. Sessions run on Sundays.

What is a founding membership?

Founding members lock in the studio’s opening rates for as long as their membership stays active. There are 180 founding spots total across the five tiers, and once they are claimed, founding pricing is gone for good and standard rates apply.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel?

No long-term contracts: every membership is month to month and you can cancel anytime, no questions asked. You sign a simple membership agreement at signup that spells out your cancel-anytime rights. Founding rates stay locked for as long as your membership stays active, but we will never hold you to it if life gets in the way.

Can I take a class without a membership?

Yes. A TriMethod drop-in is $35, a 5-class pack is $160 ($32 per class), and a 10-class pack is $310 ($31 per class). Nothing rebills, credits land on your account instantly, and they apply automatically when you book.

Do you sell gift cards?

Almost: gift cards are on the way. In the meantime, call or visit the studio and we will set one up for you the same day.

What happens if I miss a class or cancel late?

Committed, Complete, and Black Cat members can cancel up to 12 hours before class; everyone else cancels at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancels and no-shows cost members a $22 fee, while class pack holders and drop-in purchasers forfeit the reserved session instead, with no fee on top. Committed, Complete, and Black Cat members also get one automatic grace pass per calendar month that waives their first late-cancel or no-show fee.
