California Privacy Request
If you are a California resident, you can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to delete or correct it, limit how we use your health information, or tell us not to sell or share it. We answer verified requests within 45 days.
Already a member? Make the request from your account instead. Signing in proves who you are, so we can start on it right away rather than verifying you first.
How we verify it is you
Anyone can type an email address into a form on the internet, so we confirm your identity before we hand over or erase anything. Usually that means replying from the email address on your account and confirming a detail only you would know, or showing ID at the front desk. We ask for no more than we need, and we never use what you send for verification for anything else.
What happens next
We acknowledge your request, verify who you are, and answer within 45 days. If we genuinely need longer, we will tell you and may take one additional 45 days, which is the only extension our Privacy Notice allows.
If you asked us to delete your information, some records stay with us because the law requires it: your signed membership agreement and liability waiver, payment history, and anything needed for safety or an insurance claim. We will tell you exactly what we kept and why.
We do not sell your information
Society 3 does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, and you are welcome to use the form above to have us confirm that in writing. We also honor Global Privacy Control browser signals automatically as an opt-out of sale or sharing.
Never a penalty for asking
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. Using them will not affect your membership, your price, or your access to classes.
