No 30-day notice, no runaround. Stop your autopay the moment you decide. You keep full access through the period you already paid for, and there are no charges after.

Pause your membership up to 30 days a year at no cost. Just give us 3 days notice and pick back up whenever you are ready. Your founding rate stays locked the whole time.

Your first slip each month is on us
Committed, Complete, and Black Cat members get their first late cancel or no-show fee automatically waived every month. No form, no phone call. It is just handled.

No waitlist surprises
If a spot opens, we text you and give you 30 minutes to claim it. You are never auto-booked into a class you did not choose, and never charged for one you did not pick.

First card hiccup is free
Expired cards happen. Your first failed-payment fee each year is waived, no questions asked. Update your card and you are right back in.

Your founding rate is locked for life
As long as you stay a member, your price never goes up. Rates rise for everyone else after opening. Yours does not.

Bring your friends
Unlimited members (Committed, Complete, Black Cat) get 3 guest passes a month for TriMethod classes, for first-time visitors. A signed waiver is all it takes.

Photos are your call
The Photo & Video Release is completely optional and stands on its own. Decline it and your membership is exactly the same. We simply will not feature you.
