How Classes Work
One coach-led session moves you through cardio, strength, and functional work, capped at 24 people so nobody trains unnoticed. Every class covers all three.

Cardio Zone
High-intensity intervals engineered for output. Every session tracked, every effort measured. No guessing. Just results.
- Supports heart health
- Increases endurance

Strength Zone
Progressive strength training on structured 6-week cycles. Built by coaches, designed to compound. This is how you actually get stronger.
- Builds muscle
- Weight control

Functional Zone
Full-range-of-motion training and joint-friendly programming. Strength built to last, not just intensity for its own sake.
- Mobility
- Longevity

You will automatically be assigned to your starting zone and station number. There is nothing to memorize either way: the lights tell you where to go next and your coach is on the floor the entire hour.

I’m out of shape. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes, because there is nothing to keep up with. Rounds end when the clock ends them, not when the fastest person finishes, so falling behind is not possible. Your machine runs at your pace, every lift has a lighter option, nobody can see your numbers, and the person next to you is too busy with their own 40 seconds to watch yours.
I’ve never done a class like this. Will I look lost?
No. You are assigned your exact starting spot before class, the coach demonstrates every movement before each round, and the lights tell you where to go next. There is nothing to memorize and no point in the hour where you are left to figure something out alone.
I have a bad knee, hip, or shoulder. Can I still take the class?
Yes. Tell the coach before class what is bothering you and they will swap anything that hits it onto something that does not, then keep an eye on you through the hour. Coaches give modifications, not medical advice. Anything a doctor has told you to avoid, keep avoiding, and we build around it.
Will the coach actually pay attention to me?
Yes. Class caps at 24 people with a coach who spends the whole hour walking the floor, not standing at the front. They correct form as it happens, adjust your weights, show you how the machines work, and set up your station. The workout is programmed before you arrive, so during the hour their only job is you.
Do I need special clothes or gear?
No. Shorts or leggings, a tee or a tank, and training shoes you can run and lift in. Bring a water bottle and there is time to refill it during every transition.
Is there free parking?
Yes. There is a lot behind the building and street parking on Ventura if the lot is full. We are at 21144 Ventura Blvd, Woodland Hills, CA.
When are the class times?
Mon – Thu at 6:00 AM, 7:15 AM, 8:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 5:45 PM and 7:15 PM.
Friday at 6:00 AM, 7:15 AM, 8:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 4:00 PM and 5:45 PM.
Sat – Sun at 8:00 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
Do both classes have to be on the same day?
No. The two credits are yours to spend on any two TriMethod classes over the next 90 days — both this week, or one now and one whenever you are ready.
Can I give the second class to a friend?
Yes. Book yourself into one class and have them book the other with your second credit, or spend both credits on the same class and come together.
