Every Society 3 class is 60 minutes, coach-led from start to finish, and capped at 24 members. You move through three training zones — Cardio, Strength, and Functional — each designed to work together. Nothing random, nothing skipped.

Cardio Zone

Your Machine. Your Pace. Three Rounds.

The cardio zone is built around choice. Bikes, ellipticals, treadmills, and stairs. Members pick their machine at the start of class and stay on it for all three rounds. Five minutes per round, three rounds throughout the class, fifteen minutes of cardio total.

Settle in and find your pace. You should be breathing noticeably but still in control. This is your baseline effort — steady, intentional, sustainable.

Round 2Hard

Step it up. Increase your resistance or speed. Conversation is difficult here. You are working, and you should feel it. Hold this pace for the full five minutes.

Round 3Highest Effort

Leave it all on the machine. This is your peak output for the class. Push as hard as you can sustain for five minutes. No conversation, full commitment.

Strength Zone

Traditional Strength. Real Muscle Growth.

The strength zone is built around traditional strength training. Bench work, dumbbells, and resistance bands. Every movement is selected for a specific purpose: to build strength and drive muscle growth on a structured, progressive cycle. Coach-led. No guesswork.

Functional Zone

Mobility. Balance. Built to Last.

The functional zone directly responds to what you do in the strength zone. Either reinforcing it or balancing it out. Synergistic or antagonistic by design, every movement here supports joint health, mobility, and balance. The zone that keeps the rest of your training sustainable.
